Frank has an extensive background successfully introducing new technologies to consumer markets, as well as multi-faceted specific knowledge of transaction processing, biometrics and information-based branding, advertising and highly segmented information-based direct marketing. Frank has been widely quoted regarding consumer adoption of biometrics and identity programs in Forbes, Time, Dow Jones, the Associated Press, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Newsweek (Japan), NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, CNN, CNNfn, CBS Radio, NPR, over 100 domestic TV markets and TV/print news coverage in more than two dozen key international markets, including Tokyo, London, Singapore, Sydney, Sao Paulo. Three times Frank has developed the Product of the Year as recognized by leading industry consultancies and also the 2002 North America Product Innovation award. He is APR, Accredited, Public Relations, by the Public Relations Society of America (New York) and PDM, Professional Direct Marketer, by the National Center for Database Marketing in Kansas City, Mo.
